Meet Clare Knox, the leader redefining women’s health at work and beyond.

Claire is an Organisational psychologist, academic author, and global keynote speaker. As the founder of See Her Thrive, her work spans continents - reaching audiences from the UK to New Zealand and influencing how people and organisations think, act, and lead.

Clare has taken the stage at international conferences to the Houses of Parliament, where she also serves on the UK Government’s All-Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) for Women’s Health at Work. Her work has been featured by BBC World News, The Times, Women’s Health, and Grazia.

Grounded in science and shaped by her lived experience of PMDD, Clare is helping reshape the future of work for women everywhere.
