If PMDD has ever made you feel like you’ve been replaced by a version of you that you don’t even recognise, I get it.
And if you’ve ever thought, surely it’s not just me, this is exactly why The PMDD Circle exists.
What is the PMDD Circle?
The PMDD Circle is a gentle, guided online space for women living with PMDD. It’s part reflection, part nervous system support, part honest conversation - and all of it rooted in connection.
Each circle is facilitated by Clare, Somatic Coach and Founder of See Her Thrive, and follows a simple, grounding flow. There’ll be a theme to guide us, some gentle practices, guided exercises, thoughtful reflections, and space to share if you feel like it. Nothing forced, nothing performative.
You’re welcome to speak, listen quietly, keep your camera off, or just be in the energy of the space. However you arrive is enough.

This is a place you can come when it feels hard. When you’re tired of pretending you’re fine. When you don’t want to explain PMDD again, or justify why you’re not yourself, or make it sound smaller so other people feel comfortable.
Because there’s a special kind of alchemy that happens when women gather in circle. You soften. You breathe out. You hear someone say the thing you’ve been carrying on your own and you think, oh my god… same.
This is your coven.
A brave and compassionate space to be witnessed, believed, and held by people who truly get it.

What this is not…
It’s not therapy and it’s not a replacement for medical or mental health support
It’s not a crisis service. If you’re in immediate danger or feel unable to keep yourself safe, please reach out to local emergency support
It’s not a space where you have to share. You can keep your camera off, say nothing, and still belong
It’s not a fixing session or a “just think positive” vibe
It’s not advice-giving or debate. It’s support, understanding, and space to breathe

Reserve your place for £12 using the link below. You can join from anywhere in the world. Once you’ve registered, you’ll get a confirmation email with the Zoom link and everything you need to join on the day.
To protect confidentiality and keep the space feeling safe, sessions are not recorded.
