Certified Women’s Health Champion Training

A professionally led programme for people who want to support women well at work and create meaningful, long-term change.

What you’re signing up for

You’ll spend a full day in person with a group of like-minded people, learning, reflecting and having honest conversations about women’s health at work.

After the training day, you’ll stay connected through quarterly CPD, shared learning and ongoing access to resources, so this doesn’t end when you walk out of the room. CPD sessions are delivered virtually and recorded, with dates shared in advance after the training day.

  • A clear understanding of how women’s health shows up at work

  • Confidence in how to listen, support and signpost responsibly

  • Clear boundaries around the Champion role and your influence

  • Practical ways to get buy-in and start meaningful conversations at work

  • A clear sense of how to take your first steps as a Women’s Health Champion

What’s included

  • A one-day, immersive, in-person Women’s Health Champion training with Clare Knox (including lunch & refreshments)

  • Quarterly live CPD sessions across 12 months

  • Access to resources and a supportive peer community

  • Certification by See Her Thrive
