PMDD Champion Programme - Autumn 2026

PMDD Champion Programme - Autumn 2026 Cohort

A 6-week live programme to help you understand PMDD deeply, support others safely, and create confident change at work

Starts 7 October 2026 | Live weekly Zoom sessions | Small group (12 places)

PMDD is still misunderstood, under-recognised, and too often dismissed - especially in workplaces.

The PMDD Champion Programme is a specialist live training experience for people who want to understand PMDD properly, support others safely and professionally, and create meaningful change without burning themselves out.

This is not about fixing, diagnosing, or carrying it all. It’s about building the knowledge, confidence, boundaries, and practical tools to become a trusted PMDD Champion in your context.

For people with lived experience and professionals who want to support PMDD in a way that is trauma-informed, compassionate, and sustainable.

PMDD isn’t “just PMS.” Let’s change that.

Too many people are trying to navigate PMDD without the right language, support, or understanding, and too many workplaces still don’t know how to respond.

This programme exists to change that.

Not by asking people to do more emotional labour, but by helping you become a clear, confident, and boundaried source of support. Someone who can hold safer conversations, signpost appropriately, and help create better awareness, systems and support around PMDD.

What you’ll leave with

By the end of the programme, you’ll have:

  • A clearer, evidence-informed understanding of PMDD (and how it can show up in real life and at work)

  • Greater confidence in holding brave, trauma-informed, and boundaried PMDD conversations

  • Practical tools for support, signposting, and advocacy (without overstepping your role)

  • Stronger language for conversations with colleagues, managers, HR, clients, and healthcare professionals

  • A clearer sense of your own PMDD Champion role, boundaries, and next steps

  • A supportive network of people who care deeply about this work too

Who this programme is for

This programme is for you if you want to support PMDD in a way that is informed, safe, and sustainable, not reactive, overwhelming, or all on your shoulders.

You might:

  • Live with PMDD and want language, understanding, and practical tools that actually fit real life

  • Support colleagues, clients, teams, or communities and want to do that more confidently and appropriately

  • Want to turn lived experience into credible advocacy and meaningful change

  • Care deeply about PMDD and feel ready to move from awareness to action

Being a PMDD Champion is not about replacing medical care or therapy.

It’s about awareness, brave conversations, appropriate support, signposting, and sustainable change, especially in workplace and professional contexts.

What past participants say

“As a woman with AuDHD that has struggled with ‘programmes’ and ‘homework’ and ‘school’, being welcomed into this space was deeply affirming for me. The PMDD Champion programme exceeded every expectation. The education was excellent, but the sense of connection, safety, and mutual empowerment within the cohort was equally impactful… I feel like I’m part of a supportive, knowledgeable network of people now.”

Anastasia P

“I’ve just taken part in the amazing new PMDD Champions course created and run by Clare. I’m still processing how beautifully put together this space and course is for anyone wanting to understand more, feel heard more, and be inspired more to use your own PMDD experience to create, design or just speak out more.”
