PMDD Champion Programme
A 6-week live programme for confident, compassionate, workplace-ready PMDD support
Starts 7 October 2026 | Live weekly sessions | Small group
PMDD Isn’t “Just PMS.” Let’s Change That.
PMDD is complex, misunderstood, and too often dismissed, especially at work.
The PMDD Champion Programme is for people who want to understand PMDD properly, support others safely and professionally, and create change without burning themselves out.
This is not about fixing, diagnosing, or carrying it all.
It’s about knowledge, confidence, and impact.

It’s about awareness, safe conversations, signposting, and sustainable change.

“As a woman with AuDHD that has struggled with ‘programmes’ and ‘homework’ and ‘school’, being welcomed into this space was deeply affirming for me. The PMDD Champion programme exceeded every expectation. The education was excellent, but the sense of connection, safety, and mutual empowerment within the cohort was equally impactful… I feel like I’m part of a supportive, knowledgeable network of people now.”
