Women’s Network Leadership Programme
A live virtual programme for women leading, shaping or growing workplace networks and communities
Starts 2 Sep 2026 | Live online sessions: 2, 9, 23, 30 Sep | 12:00–1:30pm (UK time) | £595
For the women behind the women’s networks…
The ones holding the space, driving the ideas, rallying people to show up, trying to keep momentum going, and quietly wondering if they’re the only one figuring it out as they go.
If that’s you, you are not alone.
And you don’t need another vague webinar full of recycled advice and surface-level inspiration.
You need something practical. Strategic. Energising.
Something that helps you lead your network with more clarity, confidence and impact.
That is exactly what this programme is here to do.
The Women’s Network Leadership Programme is a live virtual experience designed to help you build a network people genuinely want to be part of. One that creates connection, drives meaningful conversations, strengthens community, and earns real attention inside your organisation.
And the truth is, there is very little out there that truly supports women’s network leads in the reality of this role.
That’s why I created this programme.
Built from 8 years of experience building and leading women’s networks for organisations, this is a powerful opportunity to learn what actually works when it comes to engagement, facilitation, visibility, strategy and momentum, without burning yourself out in the process.
If you are leading a women’s network, co-leading an ERG, shaping internal community, or trying to create something more purposeful and sustainable at work, this programme will meet you where you are and help you lead with more confidence.
Why this programme matters
Women’s networks can be incredible.
They can create belonging
They can raise awareness
They can open up important conversations
They can give women a space to feel seen, supported and connected
They can influence culture from the inside out
But let’s be honest…they can also end up feeling like a lot.
Too much falls on too few people.
The same faces show up.
Big ideas get stuck.
Events feel rushed or repetitive.
Buy-in is inconsistent.
You care deeply, but you’re often trying to do this alongside your actual job.
You know there is more potential there; you just need the right support, structure and strategy to bring it to life.
That’s what makes this programme different.
This isn’t theory.
It isn’t generic leadership training dressed up for women’s networks.
And it isn’t a passive webinar series where you listen, take a few notes, and go back to doing everything the same way.
This is a live, practical, confidence-building programme to help you lead your women’s network with greater purpose, stronger engagement and more visible impact. And you’ll be doing it all surrounded by women’s network leads from other organisations, building your network for ongoing support.
Who this is for
This programme is perfect for you if you are:
leading a women’s network at work
co-chairing or helping shape an employee network or ERG
responsible for planning events, conversations or community activity
supporting a women’s network through a People, Culture, DEI or Wellbeing role
trying to build more momentum, engagement and strategic value in the network you lead
It is especially for you if:
you want your network to feel more purposeful and impactful
you want to boost engagement without constantly chasing people
you want to run better conversations and more meaningful sessions
you want more confidence as a facilitator and leader
you want to influence stakeholders more effectively
you want to stop feeling like you are carrying it all alone
What you’ll gain
By the end of the programme, you will have:
a clearer sense of your network’s purpose, priorities and the kind of space you want to create
more confidence in your role as a network leader
stronger ideas for increasing engagement and participation in ways that feel inclusive, meaningful and safe
practical tools to design better sessions and more thoughtful conversations
greater confidence facilitating groups, navigating different dynamics, and holding trauma-informed spaces
a stronger understanding of how to build credibility and influence internally
a more realistic, sustainable approach to building momentum without everything falling on your shoulders
clearer next steps for where your network goes from here
Most importantly, you will leave feeling less alone in this work, and more equipped to lead it well.

Each session will include:
live teaching

guided reflection

Organisational Psychologist | Somatic Coach | Women’s Circles Facilitator | Founder of See Her Thrive
I know how powerful women’s networks can be, and I also know how much emotional labour, invisible work and behind-the-scenes effort often goes into making them happen.
For the past 8 years, I have been building and leading women’s networks for organisations, supporting the people behind them to create spaces that feel meaningful, relevant and impactful.
My work sits at the intersection of psychology, leadership, women’s health, workplace culture and community-building.
What I bring isn’t just theory - it’s lived experience, practical insight, a deep understanding of group dynamics, and a real belief in what women’s networks can make possible when they are supported properly.
This programme is a chance to learn from that experience in a way that feels real, honest and immediately useful.

FAQs
Who is this programme for?
This programme is for women who are leading, shaping or growing workplace networks and communities.
You might be a women’s network lead, co-chair, committee member, ERG lead, People or Culture professional, or someone supporting internal community and inclusion work alongside your main role.
Whether you’re just getting started or have been doing this for a while, this programme is designed to help you lead with more confidence, clarity and impact.
I’m not sure I’d call myself a “leader” yet. Is this still for me?
Yes, absolutely!
You do not need a formal leadership title to join. Many women leading networks are doing so voluntarily, alongside their day job, or as part of a wider committee or employee group.
If you are helping shape the direction, energy or experience of a women’s network, this programme is for you.
Is this a training course or more of a group coaching experience?
It is a live virtual leadership programme that blends both structure and interaction.
You’ll receive practical teaching, frameworks and tools, but there will also be space for reflection, discussion and shared learning with others doing similar work.
So it’s more engaging and supportive than a standard training webinar, while still giving you clear takeaways and practical value.
Can I join from outside the UK?
Yes! The programme is open to participants joining from outside the UK. As long as the live session times work for you, you’re very welcome to join from wherever you’re based. Replay access is also included in case you can’t make a session live.
I’m already running a women’s network. Will I still get value from it?
Yes.
This programme is not just for people starting from scratch. It is also for women who already have a network in place but want to strengthen engagement, sharpen their strategy, improve the quality of what they are offering, and lead with more confidence.
If your network feels a bit stuck, reactive, inconsistent or overly reliant on a few people, this programme will help.
I’m new to this role. Will it be too advanced?
Not at all.
The programme is designed to support people at different stages. If you are newer to the role, it will give you a strong foundation, practical guidance and a clearer sense of how to approach the work.
If you are more experienced, it will help you refine your thinking, build momentum and strengthen your impact.
What if I can’t make one of the live sessions?
Replay access is included, so you’ll still be able to catch up on the content if you miss a session.
That said, the live experience is a really valuable part of the programme, so I’d encourage you to attend live wherever possible to get the most from the discussion and shared learning.
Will we talk about how to create safe or trauma-informed spaces?
Yes.
Creating meaningful, inclusive and trauma-informed spaces is an important part of leading women’s networks well. The programme includes support around facilitation, group dynamics, psychological safety and how to hold space in a way that feels thoughtful, grounded and responsible.
Can my organisation book more than one place?
Yes, absolutely.
This programme works really well for organisations who want to support multiple women’s network leads, committee members, ERG co-chairs or internal champions to grow together.
Booking multiple places can help create shared language, stronger alignment and more momentum internally.
