Why this matters
You already know this matters. That’s why you’re here.
Maybe you’ve seen first-hand how unsupported women can feel at work when it comes to things like menstrual health, menopause, fertility, hormones or mental health. Maybe you’ve noticed the silence, the discomfort, or the lack of understanding.
But wanting things to be better and knowing how to help create that change are two very different things.
This programme is here to give you the confidence, knowledge and tools to do exactly that.
What this programme is
The Women’s Health Champion Programme is a live virtual group programme delivered over four 90-minute sessions, designed to fit around work while giving you the depth, support and space to really grow in confidence.
Alongside the live training, you’ll get access to a course hub, practical resources, a supportive community, and exclusive champion CPD sessions to help you keep building momentum long after the programme ends.
Through this programme, you’ll build the confidence, knowledge and practical tools to:
Understand women’s health in a workplace context, with more depth, nuance and confidence
Identify what women in your organisation actually need, so the support you create is relevant, meaningful and not based on guesswork
Build a strong business case for the initiatives you want to bring to life and get buy-in internally
Hold trauma-informed conversations and group sessions with care, sensitivity and confidence
Influence conversations, challenge silence and help create cultural change
Step into a visible, recognised Champion role within your organisation
What this programme is not
This programme is not about becoming a medical expert or having all the answers.
It’s not about carrying the full weight of women’s health support on your shoulders.
And it’s not a one-off awareness session with no clear next step.
This programme is designed to help you build the confidence, language and practical tools to open up conversations, support others with care, influence your organisation, and help create meaningful change.
You don’t need to know everything. You just need to be willing to learn, lead conversations more confidently, and play a meaningful role in moving things forward.
Who this is for
This programme is for you if you are:
Working in Wellbeing, HR, People, DEI, OH or Organisational Psychology
Leading or part of a Women’s Network / ERG
A manager who wants to better support your team
Passionate about improving workplace wellbeing and inclusion
Ready to take a more active role in women’s health at work

What past Champions say
“The education was excellent, but the sense of connection, safety, and mutual empowerment within the cohort was equally impactful. I feel like I'm part of a supportive, knowledgeable network of people now, who all genuinely show up for one another however we can.”
“Clare is an exceptional facilitator and builder of dreams. She is compassionate, trauma-informed, deeply intelligent, intuitive, and incredibly empowering. She has a special talent for creating spaces where growth feels not only possible, but equitable and sustainable, and just being in her orbit has made me level up in ways I'd always wanted to, but didn't know how to.”

FAQ’s
Do I need to attend every session live?
We’d love you to join live where possible, as that’s where a lot of the connection and discussion happens. All sessions will be recorded, but we recommend being able to attend at least two of the four live sessions to get the most from the experience.
Can I join from outside the UK?

What aspects of women’s health does the programme cover?
The programme focuses primarily on hormonal health at work, with particular attention to areas such as menstrual health, PMDD, fertility, perimenopause and menopause. We also touch on fertility journeys and perinatal mental health and other important aspects of women’s health, while helping you build the confidence, language and practical tools to support conversations in the workplace.
What is the ongoing CPD?
As a Women’s Health Champion, you’ll be invited to optional CPD sessions exclusively for Champions. These sessions are designed to help you keep your knowledge up to date, continue learning as the women’s health conversation evolves, and stay connected with peers. They’re also a valuable space to share progress, reflect on challenges, and learn from others doing this work in their own organisations.
How could this programme support my career progression?
This programme can help you build confidence, deepen your expertise, and strengthen your leadership in an important and fast-growing area of workplace wellbeing. You’ll develop practical skills in communication, advocacy and culture change, while positioning yourself as someone who can lead meaningful conversations and support more inclusive workplace practices. For those looking to move into wellbeing, culture or EDI roles, it can also strengthen your CV and help you stand out.
Will I receive a certificate?
