The research is catching up

Most performance frameworks weren’t built for the female body

For decades we've developed leaders, measured performance and designed workplaces around male physiology. Female biology, with its unique hormonal rhythms and relationship with energy, cognition, stress and recovery, has largely been left out of the conversation.

The result isn't that women are less capable. It's that we've been asking them to succeed in systems that were never designed with them in mind.

The good news? Once we understand how women actually work, we can build workplaces where they perform at their best.

29%

OF c-suite roles are held by women

Despite making up almost half the workforce at entry level, women are still dramatically underrepresented in senior leadership.

60%

OF senior WOMEN experience frequent burnout

Many of the women organisations most want to retain are also the ones most at risk of leaving.

women have avoided a leadership opportunity because of menopause

This isn't just a women's health issue. It's a leadership pipeline issue.

(EMPACT Menopause Study)

69%

OF WOMEN SAY THEIR MENSTRUAL CYCLE NEGATIVELY IMPACTS THEM AT WORK

Yet most never tell their manager, leaving organisations unaware of a challenge they have the power to address.

That’s where we come in.

We help organisations unlock the full potential of their female talent.

Understanding female physiology isn't about making allowances or lowering expectations.

It's about giving women, their leaders and their organisations the knowledge to work with the body, rather than against it.

When organisations understand how hormones, the brain and the nervous system shape confidence, decision-making, energy and performance, everything changes.

Women feel seen, supported and equipped to perform at their best.

Leaders make better decisions because they understand the people they're leading.

And organisations don't just retain more women. They unlock more potential, develop stronger leaders and create workplaces where women can genuinely flourish.
