Next cohort begins 5 November 2026
you support women every day. but hormones may be part of the picture your training missed.
More women are talking openly about the impact their hormones have on how they feel, think and function. Those conversations are showing up everywhere: in coaching sessions, yoga classes, wellbeing programmes, fitness spaces and retreats.
A woman might tell you that she doesn’t feel like herself anymore. That she can manage everything one week and feel completely overwhelmed the next. That her sleep has changed, her confidence has disappeared or the tools that used to help are no longer working.
You may already suspect that hormones are part of the picture. But if hormonal health wasn’t covered in your training, it can be difficult to know what might be relevant, which questions to ask or where the boundaries of your role sit.
You’re not looking to diagnose or treat. You want to understand what the women you support may be experiencing, respond with greater confidence and recognise when additional help might be needed.
This is where becoming hormone-informed makes a real difference.
A hormone-informed lens changes what you notice
Being hormone-informed isn’t about seeing hormones everywhere or explaining away everything a woman experiences.
It’s about having another lens through which to understand what might be happening, and knowing how to use it thoughtfully.
-
See what might otherwise be missed
Begin to recognise the hormonal patterns that can sit beneath changes in mood, energy, sleep, confidence and capacity. What once seemed unpredictable may start to make much more sense.
-
connect the dots
Ask questions that help women join the dots in their own experience. You won’t make assumptions or tell them what is happening. You’ll create space for them to notice what they may never have been invited to consider before.
-
Make your support more responsive
Bring hormonal context into the way you coach, teach, move or support women. Small changes in timing, pace, expectations or approach can make your work feel far more relevant to the woman in front of you.
-
Know what to do next
Feel clearer about what sits within your role, what needs further exploration and when it’s time to signpost. You won’t be left wondering whether you’re helping or overstepping.
If women are at the heart of your work, this was made for you.
You’re already doing work that matters. Women trust you with their health, confidence, growth, movement, wellbeing or performance.
And increasingly, hormones are entering the conversation.
You want to know more. You want to understand what could be shaping the experiences women bring to you and feel confident responding when hormonal health becomes part of the picture.
Perhaps you’re a:
Health, wellbeing, life, leadership or performance coach
Yoga or Pilates teacher
Somatic, breathwork or embodiment practitioner
Personal trainer or movement professional
Women’s circle, workshop or retreat facilitator
Workplace wellbeing practitioner
Nutrition or lifestyle professional
Holistic or complementary wellbeing practitioner
Your job title matters less than the work you do.
If women already turn to you for support and you’re ready to understand them through a deeper, more hormone-informed lens, you’ll feel at home here.
four masterclasses. one completely new lens on the women you support.
Here’s what we’ll explore together
-
The menstrual cycle is often reduced to periods and premenstrual symptoms. In reality, it is a whole-body rhythm that can influence how a woman feels, thinks, connects, performs and recovers throughout the month.
We’ll explore the key hormones involved, what changes across the different phases of the cycle and why the experience can vary so much from one woman to another.
You’ll begin to see how changes in energy, mood, confidence, focus and nervous-system regulation may connect with the hormonal picture, without falling into rigid rules about how women “should” feel at different points in their cycle.
We’ll explore:The key hormones and phases of the menstrual cycle
How hormonal changes may influence mood, energy, cognition and behaviour
Why individual experiences of the cycle vary so widely
The difference between being cycle-aware and making assumptions
How to begin exploring hormonal patterns with the women you support
You’ll leave with:
A clear, practical understanding of the menstrual cycle and the confidence to begin bringing hormonal context into your conversations and work.
-
For some women, the premenstrual phase brings far more than a few difficult days.
Mood can shift dramatically. Everyday demands can suddenly feel impossible. Relationships, work and self-perception may all be affected, only for things to feel manageable again once the cycle changes.
PMDD and premenstrual exacerbation remain widely misunderstood. There is also a significant and fascinating relationship between hormonal sensitivity, ADHD and autism that is missing from much mainstream professional training.
This session will help you recognise when severe or cyclical changes may need to be explored more closely, and understand how to respond without diagnosing or stepping beyond your role.
We’ll explore:
What PMDD is and how it differs from more common premenstrual symptoms
Premenstrual exacerbation and why it can be so difficult to spot
The relationship between hormonal sensitivity, ADHD and autism
Why women’s cyclical experiences are often misunderstood
How tracking can help women identify patterns
Questions that open up helpful conversations
When and where to signpost for further support
You’ll leave with:
A much clearer understanding of premenstrual conditions and neurodivergence, along with practical ways to support women in recognising patterns and finding the right help.
-
There is no single age, pathway or experience of menopause.
For some women, perimenopause develops gradually over several years. For others, menopause happens earlier than expected, prematurely, following surgery or as a result of medical treatment. Each experience brings its own physical, psychological and emotional context.
A woman may notice changes in her sleep, mood, energy, concentration or confidence. She may feel unlike herself without understanding why, or find that the support and strategies that once helped are no longer enough.
Hormones may not be the whole story, but they can be an important part of it.
We’ll explore what happens during perimenopause, menopause and post-menopause, why the experience varies so widely and how to recognise when the menopause transition may be relevant to the woman you’re supporting.
We’ll explore:
What happens hormonally during perimenopause and menopause
Natural, early, premature, medically induced and surgical menopause
Common physical, cognitive and emotional changes
Sleep, stress, energy and nervous-system regulation
The impact on confidence, identity, relationships and working life
How to raise the subject when someone hasn’t considered it
When and where to signpost for medical or specialist support
You’ll leave with:
A fuller and more inclusive understanding of the menopause transition, and the confidence to hold it as part of the picture whenever it appears in a woman’s life.
-
By this point, you’ll understand much more about hormonal health. This final masterclass is about what you do with that knowledge.
A coach will apply it differently from a yoga teacher. A personal trainer will use it differently from a retreat facilitator or workplace wellbeing practitioner. There is no single formula for hormone-informed practice.
We’ll explore how hormonal context can fit naturally into your existing approach, whether that means changing the questions you ask, adapting how you support someone or introducing the subject into your forms, classes, programmes or workshops.
We’ll also look honestly at scope and boundaries, so you feel confident about what belongs within your work and what needs to be referred elsewhere.
Finally, we’ll help you communicate your developing specialism clearly and responsibly, without overstating what the programme qualifies you to do.
We’ll explore:
How to introduce hormonal health into conversations sensitively
Ways to make your support more responsive
Adding relevant questions to your intake or discovery process
Integrating the learning into coaching, movement, wellbeing and group settings
Maintaining clear and responsible professional boundaries
Communicating your hormone-informed approach
Creating a realistic integration plan
You’ll leave with:
A practical framework for bringing hormonal awareness into your work, greater clarity about your professional boundaries and a plan for what you want to do next.
Then we make it personal.
Your 90-minute 1:1 development session with Clare
Once the live programme is complete, we’ll meet individually to explore where you want to take the learning next.
You may want to bring a hormone-informed lens into the work you already do. You might be thinking about developing a new offer, creating a workshop or retreat, moving your business in a new direction or even starting something of your own.
This is your space to think it through with Clare.
We’ll look at your skills, your ideas, the women you want to support and how your new knowledge could become part of your professional direction. Together, we’ll shape a plan that feels exciting, credible and realistic for you.
You’ll leave with greater clarity about your next step, how to communicate your developing specialism and what you want to put into action over.
Your Passion. Your ideas. Your next chapter.

-
No. This is professional development rather than a medical or clinical qualification. It will help you develop a hormone-informed approach within the work you are already qualified to do. It does not qualify you to diagnose, prescribe or treat hormonal conditions.

Many coaching, fitness, movement and wellness professional bodies allow relevant training to count towards CPD. Requirements vary, so you should check the criteria set by your own professional body.
