Mission

At See Her Thrive, we’re on a mission to create a world where women have an equal voice, an equal seat at the table and equal opportunities to thrive.

Our vision is a society where every workplace prioritises and champions women’s health, and where diversity, equity, and inclusion are not just buzzwords, but fundamental values.

We believe that gender equity is essential for building a better, more just world, and we’re committed to making this vision a reality.

Join us in building a healthier, happier, and more successful future for all women.

Our Values

We are authentic

We show up as we are. We bring our full selves to work. We don’t try to be anything other than ourselves. We celebrate our differences. We lean into vulnerability. We speak our truth. We are proud of who we are.

We care deeply

About each other. About what we do. About our clients and the people we work with. About the issues we talk about, because we’ve experienced them first hand. About making a difference for women and people assigned female at birth.

We act with integrity

We are honest, fair and trustworthy. We walk the walk. We deliver on our promises. We lead by example. We have a strong moral compass which underpins all that we do. We do the right thing, even behind closed doors.

We are trailblazers

We dare greatly. We are bold. We are brave. We dream big. We don’t give up. We venture into the unknown. We pave the way. We spark change. We challenge the status quo. We inspire action. We do it our way.

We go above and beyond

To make everyone feel welcome and included. To deliver exceptional experiences. To help our customers every step of the way. To make a difference. To exceed expectations. To be leaders in our field.

Inclusion Matters

At See Her Thrive, we are committed to fostering an inclusive community that values and respects individuals from all backgrounds, including those who have been marginalised or historically underrepresented.

We recognise that systemic discrimination and inequality have prevented many individuals from accessing the resources and opportunities they need to thrive. Therefore, we are committed to creating a safe and welcoming environment that supports individuals from marginalised groups, including but not limited to those who identify as BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color), LGBTQIA+, women, people with disabilities, and neurodivergent individuals.

We recognise that we have a responsibility to listen, learn, and take action to address the needs and concerns of marginalised groups, and we are committed to fostering a culture of inclusivity, empathy, and mutual respect, where everyone can bring their unique perspectives and experiences to the table.

Our Commitment

By working together, we can create a better world that celebrates diversity, promotes equity, and empowers all individuals to thrive.

Background

See Her Thrive was founded in 2020 by Business Psychologist Clare-Louise Knox, who personally experienced the challenges of working with Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD).

Despite affecting 1 in 20 females of reproductive age, Clare discovered a significant gap in workplace awareness, information, and support for menstrual health, and realised that millions of women around the world were silently struggling with similar issues.

Motivated to create change and break the menstrual stigma, Clare embarked on a mission to empower women and transform workplaces, and See Her Thrive was born!

Today, See Her Thrive is a global movement dedicated to championing women’s health and wellbeing in the workplace. We provide education, advocacy and support to employers and employees alike, with the goal of creating a culture of inclusivity, empathy, and respect for all genders.

At See Her Thrive, we believe that no one should have to suffer in silence or struggle with their health at work. We are committed to raising awareness about menstrual health, promoting gender equity, and advocating for policies and practices that support women’s health and wellbeing.
