The Feeling
Nuova Luce means "new light" in Italian. Think cool spring mornings, nourishing food, fireside conversations, fresh air and the first warmth of the sun on your face.
Restorative, hopeful and gently energising.
Held around the spring equinox, this retreat is an invitation to emerge gently from winter and turn towards whatever is beginning to stir within you.
There is something hopeful about this time of year. The days begin to stretch. The landscape starts to wake up. Things that have been quiet beneath the surface begin to grow again.
Our yoga and somatic practices will follow that natural rhythm, moving from rest and grounding into openness, energy and possibility, and we will enjoy this season in the heart of Italy. Each day, you'll ease into 1–2 hours of yoga on our beautiful outdoor platform (or the cosy indoor studio if the weather turns), followed by a heartfelt reflective circle to help you gain a little insight into your everyday life. We'll also head out together on a local guided hike through the gorgeous Sabina countryside.
These circles are often the heart of the retreat, past guests describe them as genuinely powerful, the kind of open, honest sharing that stays with you long after you've gone home. Beyond that, there's plenty of time to simply be: lazy pool days, sunny terraces, and cosy corners to unwind in with your new friends.
Who this Retreat is for
Nuova Luce is for you if January has never quite felt like the beginning of your year, and you find yourself coming back to life as the days grow longer, the air softens and the natural world begins to wake up again.
You may be craving rest after winter, space to take stock or a gentle reset before stepping into what comes next. This is not about forcing a fresh start or reinventing yourself overnight. It is about slowing down enough to notice what is beginning to emerge and giving it the time, space and attention it needs.
You do not need any experience of yoga or somatic practice. Simply come with an open mind and a willingness to rest, reflect and reconnect with yourself.
Come alone or with a friend. Either way, you will be welcomed into a warm, intimate group and leave feeling restored, hopeful and gently energised for the season ahead.
Our Beautiful Venue
Imagine waking up surrounded by olive groves and rolling hills, less than an hour from Rome. That's ‘Olea’, our sun-soaked home for the week, where you can properly switch off.
There's a pool to laze by, gorgeous gardens to wander, cosy terraces for long lunches, and a dreamy yoga platform with views for miles. It's easy to get to as well, just a short drive from Rome's Fiumicino airport, and close to the pretty village of Torri in Sabina.
Delicious Food, Prepared for You
Our wonderful private chef will prepare a delicious brunch and evening meal each day, with water and light snacks available throughout.
Think relaxed meals in the shade and golden-hour dinners as the sun sets over the olive groves, with fresh, nourishing food that is as much a part of the retreat experience as the setting itself.
Dietary requirements and allergies can be catered for wherever possible. We will ask for full details before the retreat so the chef can plan accordingly.
Where you’ll Sleep
You'll be able to make yourself at home in one of our lovely rooms, each with its own character and charm, spread across our two beautifully restored farmhouses. Choose from a twin room with shared bathroom, twin room with private bathroom or a private room with en-suite toilet.
If you love the idea of sleeping under the stars, we also have gorgeous glamping tents and campers available on-site for something a little different.
Meet Your Hosts
Eden is hosted by Clare and Louisa, who first met on a retreat in Ibiza and quickly discovered a shared love of meaningful conversations, bringing people together and creating spaces where everyone feels welcome.
Clare is the founder of See Her Thrive, women’s health specialist and a somatic coach, known for creating warm, thoughtful spaces where you can relax, open up and be completely yourself.
Louisa is a yoga teacher, Chartered Psychologist and founder of Bloom Yoga & Wellbeing who makes yoga feel accessible, enjoyable and free from pressure, whether you have practised for years or are stepping onto a mat for the first time.
Both former secondary school teachers, Clare and Louisa bring together their different areas of expertise to create a retreat that feels considered, supportive and genuinely personal.
They care deeply about getting to know the people who join them and creating an experience that offers the right balance of rest, reflection, movement, connection and fun.
