The Feeling
Warm, grounded and deeply restorative. Think soft autumn light, quiet mornings, slow meals, nourishing conversation and the feeling of finally taking a full breath.
By October, Ibiza feels different. The intensity of summer has softened. The island is quieter, the light is golden and there is a sense of space that is harder to find during the busier months.
Ámbar is a retreat for exhaling.
We’ll return to the same beautiful finca in Santa Eulària, but the rhythm and energy will be gentler. Morning yoga will help you arrive in your body, while circles and somatic practices will create space to reflect on the year you’ve lived and notice what you need as you move towards winter.
There will be time to swim if the weather allows, curl up with a book, take an afternoon nap or sit outside with a cup of tea and nowhere else to be.
Our evening practices will be slow and grounding, with yin yoga, guided relaxation and somatic work designed to help your nervous system settle.
We’ll also include one carefully chosen island experience, shaped by the season and the group. It might take us into nature, towards the sea or somewhere that allows us to experience a quieter side of Ibiza.
Ámbar is not about ending the year with another list of goals.
It’s about letting things settle. Taking stock of where you are. Reconnecting with yourself before life speeds up again.
Who this Retreat is for
Ámbar is for women who are ready to pause before the final stretch of the year.
It is for you if summer has been full, busy or outward-facing, and you are craving something slower, warmer and more grounding before winter begins. A few days to step away from the noise, gather yourself and reconnect with what you need.
You may be feeling tired, stretched or simply ready for a reset. Not a dramatic reinvention, but space to breathe, reflect and restore your energy before returning home.
Ámbar is especially suited to women who love the softer side of Ibiza: golden light, warm days, quieter beaches, beautiful food, meaningful conversations and time to move, rest and be looked after.
You do not need any experience of yoga or somatic practice. Come alone or with a friend. Either way, you will be welcomed into a warm, intimate group and leave feeling calmer, clearer and more replenished.
Our Beautiful Venue
Can Eden is a centuries-old Ibicencan finca, beautifully restored to offer comfort, character and complete privacy.
The finca sleeps up to 12 guests across six individually styled, air-conditioned bedrooms, with four bathrooms, a professional chef’s kitchen, a private pool, lush Mediterranean gardens and its own dedicated yoga shala.
Tucked away behind mature gardens, it feels peaceful and secluded, yet is just a three-minute walk from Santa Eulària’s white-sand beach, marina, waterfront restaurants and cafés.
You'll practise in a beautiful yoga shala, spacious enough for the whole group, moving through daily yoga and meditation designed to help you slow down and reconnect with yourself.
Reflection circles and discussion sit at the heart of the retreat. Past guests have described this as genuinely powerful, the kind of open, honest sharing that stays with you long after you've left. Beyond the villa, expect beautiful sea swims and beach time, with two facilitators guiding you through it all.
Every room is fitted with air conditioning, so you can rest easy in the late summer sunshine.
Delicious Food, Prepared for You
Meals will be prepared throughout your stay by our wonderful private chef in Can Eden’s professional kitchen.
Expect fresh, nourishing and beautifully prepared vegetarian food that previous guests have described as outstanding, incredible and some of the best vegetarian food they have ever eaten.
Dietary requirements and allergies can be catered for wherever possible. We will ask for full details before the retreat so the chef can plan accordingly.
Where you’ll Sleep
There are six individually styled twin bedrooms, each arranged with two single beds. You can book with a friend or join another guest in a shared twin room.
The finca has four shared bathrooms, and every bedroom has air conditioning and heating, with WiFi available throughout.
Meet Your Hosts
Eden is hosted by Clare and Louisa, who first met on a retreat in Ibiza and quickly discovered a shared love of meaningful conversations, bringing people together and creating spaces where everyone feels welcome.
Clare is the founder of See Her Thrive, women’s health specialist and a somatic coach, known for creating warm, thoughtful spaces where you can relax, open up and be completely yourself.
Louisa is a yoga teacher, Chartered Psychologist and founder of Bloom Yoga & Wellbeing who makes yoga feel accessible, enjoyable and free from pressure, whether you have practised for years or are stepping onto a mat for the first time.
Both former secondary school teachers, Clare and Louisa bring together their different areas of expertise to create a retreat that feels considered, supportive and genuinely personal.
They care deeply about getting to know the people who join them and creating an experience that offers the right balance of rest, reflection, movement, connection and fun.
