Certified Women’s Health at Work Leadership Programme
A leadership pathway for people ready to shape how women’s health is understood, supported and respected at work
Why this role matters now
Conversations about women’s health at work are growing, but many organisations are still unsure how to support it responsibly.
People are often stepping into informal support roles without clear boundaries, language or training. That can lead to emotional overload, uncertainty, and well-intentioned initiatives that struggle to create lasting change.
This programme exists to bridge that gap, giving you the confidence, frameworks and ethical foundations to support others while protecting your own energy and influence.
About the programme
You’ll spend an immersive day in person with a small, values-led cohort of people who care deeply about women’s health at work, and are ready to move from good intentions to confident, practical leadership.
The training is led by Clare Knox, Founder of See Her Thrive and an Organisational Psychologist, bringing evidence-led insight and real-world workplace experience into every conversation.
Expect honest discussion, real workplace scenarios, and space to get clear on your role: what to say, what to do, where the boundaries are, and how to influence change without carrying it all.
This isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about becoming a trusted, informed voice, someone who can listen well, respond with care, signpost responsibly, and help shift culture in ways that are sustainable (for you and for others).
And it doesn’t end on the day. Your development continues through quarterly CPD sessions, shared learning, and ongoing mentorship - because we believe leading in this space is an evolving practice, not a one-off training.
Who this is for
This programme is designed for people who want to become trusted voices for women’s health at work.
You might work in HR, DEI, wellbeing or leadership.
You might lead or be stepping into a Women’s Network or ERG.
Or you might be someone colleagues naturally turn to for support.
You don’t need to be an expert.
You don’t need a clinical background.
You simply need a genuine desire to support others responsibly and the courage to help shape meaningful change where you work.
You might be here if…
You care deeply about women’s health but want clearer language and boundaries
People already come to you for support and you want to feel more confident in that role
You want practical tools to influence culture — not just start conversations
After this training, you’ll…
Feel confident holding supportive, ethical conversations
Understand where your Champion role begins and ends
Have practical frameworks to influence change in real workplace settings
