Why this workshop exists

In the UK, menopause is often framed as something to dread; a slow loss of energy, confidence or identity. But in many cultures, this stage of life is seen very differently: as a shift into clarity, confidence and deeper self-trust.
The problem? Most of us were never given the education to understand what’s happening in the lead-up when things start to shift and change.
So instead, we question ourselves. We push through. We wonder if we’re “just stressed.”
This session is about replacing panic with perspective, and giving you language, understanding and options.
