The workshops are dedicated to navigating PMDD at work. As such, the content will be most relevant to people who are managing PMDD in a work setting. If you are not currently working, you are still very welcome to join, keeping in mind the scope of the session.

How will the workshop be delivered?
Virtually over Zoom or MS Teams
Will I get a recording of the workshop?
We’re looking into ways to provide access to the workshop recording, whilst maintaining the confidentiality of everyone who attends.
What will I get if I attend?
We’ll give you a copy of the presentation materials, handouts and any other relevant resources. You’ll leave with lots of information and practical tools to use right away!
How many people are there in a group?
To give the best experience possible, we’re capping each workshop at 15 places.
How much will the workshops cost?
We’ll offer flexible pricing options from £25-£50.
Can my employer pay for me to attend?
Yes! Many employers have a wellbeing budget and it is definitely worth asking about this. We can provide you with an email template to help!
Do I have to live in the UK to attend?
No! The workshops are open to everyone and we will tailor the content accordingly.
Do I need a medical diagnosis of PMDD to attend?
No! We know how hard it can be to get a diagnosis and this is not a requirement to attend. If you are self-diagnosed you are very welcome to join.
