Community connection: Connect with others who share similar experiences and challenges. Our workshops foster a supportive community where you can share, learn, and grow together.

Interactive sessions: Engage in interactive sessions that include discussions, group activities, and exercises tailored to address the specific needs of PMDD.

Resource sharing: Gain access to a wealth of resources, including handouts, worksheets, and recommended reading materials to further support your journey.

Who Should Attend?

The workshops are dedicated to navigating PMDD at work. As such, the content will be most relevant to people who are managing PMDD in a work setting. If you are not currently working, you are still very welcome to join, keeping in mind the scope of the session.

What the Workshops are not

  • A replacement for medical care
