What to Expect

Expert guidance: Our workshops are created and led by experienced professionals who specialise in PMDD and understand its impact on daily life. They will provide practical tools and strategies to help you better manage your symptoms at work.

Community connection: Connect with others who share similar experiences and challenges. Our workshops foster a supportive community where you can share, learn, and grow together.

Interactive sessions: Engage in interactive sessions that include discussions, group activities, and exercises tailored to address the specific needs of PMDD.

Resource sharing: Gain access to a wealth of resources, including handouts, worksheets, and recommended reading materials to further support your journey.

Who Should Attend?

The workshops are dedicated to navigating PMDD at work. As such, the content will be most relevant to people who are managing PMDD in a work setting. If you are not currently working, you are still very welcome to join, keeping in mind the scope of the session.

What the Workshops are not

  • A replacement for medical care
  • Counselling or therapy
  • Crisis support

How long are the workshops?

2 hours

How will the workshop be delivered?

Virtually over Zoom or MS Teams

Will I get a recording of the workshop?

We’re looking into ways to provide access to the workshop recording, whilst maintaining the confidentiality of everyone who attends.

What will I get if I attend?

We’ll give you a copy of the presentation materials, handouts and any other relevant resources. You’ll leave with lots of information and practical tools to use right away!

How many people are there in a group?

To give the best experience possible, we’re capping each workshop at 15 places.

How much will the workshops cost?

We’ll offer flexible pricing options from £25-£50.

Can my employer pay for me to attend?

Yes! Many employers have a wellbeing budget and it is definitely worth asking about this. We can provide you with an email template to help!

Do I have to live in the UK to attend?

No! The workshops are open to everyone and we will tailor the content accordingly.

Do I need a medical diagnosis of PMDD to attend?

No! We know how hard it can be to get a diagnosis and this is not a requirement to attend. If you are self-diagnosed you are very welcome to join.
